My name is Lauren, and I am excited about being one half of Rockery Cottage
Cakery.
I realised I wanted to be more involved with baking when friends and family
would always ask for second servings.
I recently received the best compliment ever when my sister told me that the
carrot cake I had just made using my Grandma’s recipe was in fact better
than my Grandma’s (and carrot cake was her signature dish!).
I have always loved baking and trying out new recipes and so I am looking
forward to baking for you.
